If you’ve requested a call, our goal for that first conversation is simple. We want to understand your school’s context, listen to what you’re exploring, and prepare the right next steps for you. Our Intro Conversation usually runs about 30 minutes.

For other inquiries, expect a response within three business days. We work internationally and often move between time zones, but most of the time we are in Beijing or Central (North America) time. We’re flexible and will do our best to find a time that works for you.
