The Story ID Discovery Session is the first step in all of our services. We bring a few key voices together to look honestly at where your story stands now and where it should go next.

1. Pre-Discovery Call or "Intro Call" (Free)

A short conversation to confirm that this session is the right fit and to outline your goals.

2. Pre-Session Survey

Together we review what we learned from your survey and pre-call, explore how your brand is experienced by different audiences, and identify challenges and opportunities.

3. Discovery Workshop (2-Hour Zoom Session)

Interviews or group interviews with parents, students, staff, and alumni uncover the stories people already tell about your school. We look for recurring themes around communication, values, and community building.

4. Summary & Proposal

You receive a short report summarizing our findings and recommendations, along with a proposal, if needed, for addressing the issues or opportunities identified.
